These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mywalltales.com and any purchases made from My Wall Tales, operated from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, browsing our catalogue, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are placing an order on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have authority to do so.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Descriptions
My Wall Tales offers premium printed canvas wall art, framed canvas prints, and custom canvas printing services. All artwork is printed on high-quality canvas using 12-colour Epson printing with archival inks.
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours and dimensions. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration. Dimensions listed are approximate and may have a tolerance of ±5 mm.
All prints are made to order. We do not maintain inventory stock; production begins after your payment is confirmed.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST and pan-India delivery charges. There are no additional shipping fees or hidden charges.
We accept the following payment methods via Razorpay:
- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, and all UPI apps)
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
- Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Razorpay Pay Later and EMI options (subject to eligibility)
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
4. Order Placement & Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing. Upon confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number. This email serves as proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion — for example, if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if there is an error in the listed price. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Once production begins (typically within 24–48 hours of payment), orders cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
5. Custom Print Orders
Custom print orders are subject to additional terms:
- You must own the rights to any image you submit for printing, or have explicit permission from the copyright holder.
- We reserve the right to decline any custom print request that contains offensive, illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing material.
- Custom prints are approved before production begins. You will receive a proof or quote via email before payment is charged.
- Due to the personalised nature of custom prints, they are non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
- Image quality is the customer's responsibility. We will flag low-resolution files before printing, but we cannot be held responsible for print quality resulting from images with insufficient resolution.
6. Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing an order, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@mywalltales.com or +91 9971761248.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for information on returns and replacements.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including artwork images, design compositions, text, photography, and branding — is the property of My Wall Tales or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this website without our prior written consent. Purchasing a print grants you a licence to display it for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Wall Tales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
